Thursday the team heading to Dowling Catholic High School for a dual meet with the Maroons. The Rams switched up several athletes in different events to gain experience in these events and take a break from some of the normal eventuals athletes swim. The Rams fell to the Maroons 52 – 118, but did have some decent swims throughout the meet. The team took first and second in the 500 Free with Cooper Ortega and Caden Schroeder. Other highlights were Easton Green’s two personal recrods in the 200 Free and 100 Back, and Gabe Jones’s personal records in his 50 Free splits of the 200 Medley and Free Relays. Varsity Swimmer of the Meet was Easton Green, and JV Swimmer of the Meet was Gabe Jones. The Rams now have a break after five meets in 10 days, and do not compete again until January 3rd, 2023 at home against Indianola.
