The Rams hosted their first home dual meet of the season against Johnston. This was also Future Rams Night, where the team recognized the Southeast Polk youth swimming programs, junior high boys swim and Rams Swim Club. The Rams fell to the Dragons 65-105, but took first in four events and had several solid swims. Sophomore Brady Snetselaar took first in both the 200 and 500 Freestyle races. Junior Quinn Whinery won the 100 Freestyle. Junior Jack Fertig took first in the 100 Breaststroke. Freshman Caden Schroeder swam personal records in all four of his races and broke the minute barrier for the first time in the 100 Freestyle. These efforts earned Schroeder Varsity Swimmer of the Meet honors. Junior Colin Porter had four personal records as well. Porter dropped nearly six seconds in the 100 Freestyle and out-touched his opponent to pick up a fifth place finish in the 100 Breaststroke. This performance earned Porter Junior Varsity Swimmer of the Meet honors.
